90K to 98KJob Responsibilities:• Be a part of the Cognos Planning team by coordinating, performing, improving and troubleshooting monthly processes
• Learn the workings of IBM’s (Cognos) Business Performance Management & Analytic suite of tools
• Planning administration
• Optimize month end close process
• Data validation
• Process improvement
Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS or similar field required
5+ years Financial Analysis industry experience
• Knowledge of Cognos 8 Administration
• Ability to work on complex and high-risk processes, where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
• Be able to work on multi-service integrations often requiring extremely complex problem solving with a solution mindset
• Experience working on projects that have high executive visibility with minimal level of supervision
• Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for improving processes
• Proven written and verbal communication skills including meeting facilitation
• Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving ability and decision-making
