Description • Multiple full life-cycle implementation experience
• 5-10 years SD or CRM experience
• Strong configuration experience, use of tables, variants, ABAP query
• Demonstrated experience with customization through user exits, ABAP.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills: ability to communicate with management, BA team, end users and ABAP staff
• Experience in manufacturing environment desired
• Solution design capability desired
Solution design/architect, defined as:
o Provide strategies to customers for implementing SAP products
o Develop architectural standards and principles for SAP solutions and maintain enterprise wide architecture documentation for all the systems.
o Responsible for performance, availability and scalability of various applications.
o Knowledge in configuration of 2 or more of SAP R3 modules (SD, MM, LE, FI/CO, HR) and or CRM.
• Project Management experience desired
Project Management experience, defined as:
o Lead a cross-functional team, including users, developers
o Generate a project timeline, tasks, duration
o Manage and report project dates and completion
• Modules:
o SD – order entry, delivery, pricing, billing, invoicing
o PS – desired
o DMS – a plus
o Strong SD/FI, SD/MM, SD/PP integration points experience
o Experience with portal order entry, preferably SAP B2B application and IPC VC, a plus
o BI a plus

Therefore, candidate must have desire to broaden experience across functional areas/modules and not just deepen expertise in narrow, specialized area.
