MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent is involved in new development rather than customized applications or vendor-based applications. The incumbent ensures integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. The incumbent is also responsible for testing the interoperability of application modules under development. The incumbent is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating multiple small to medium-sized projects at the same time to meet the expectations of internal clients.

Plan, develop, test, implement and support all activities related to the integration of software programs and applications into the organization’s information systems. The incumbent is responsible for daily management and operations of the core business applications including enhancements, bug fixes, interfaces and other business requests and is accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or business and 3-5 years of related work experience, or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years experience in company-wide application integration. Incumbent must be technically fluent in Microsoft .Net, C#, SQL. Proven experience needed in overseeing the link between cross-functional applications across business units and systems, project management skills and experience with Microsoft Project.

Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and a thorough knowledge of integration best practices are critical. Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Planning, organizational skills are required. Ability to acquire new skills quickly, is enthusiastic, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
