In this role, you will act as an Enterprise Architect to define the technology roadmap for key business functionality within the healthcare domain. This is an exciting time to be in healthcare, if you are looking for the opportunity to have big impact at a time of great change.
This role will be instrumental in setting the roadmap for accommodating internal businesses that serve the customer of this exciting organization.
You will be working with the functional area of finance, but this is an IT role focusing on execution of the roadmaps you will establish with others executing across a portfolio including billing, new customer acquisition, clinical, etc.
The future also entails analytics, so experience or a desire to be a part of big data strategies will be an exciting component of this role.
The successful candidate will have an early background in applications, with a strong technical peer group setting the IT direction across the enterprise.
The overall goal of these positions is to define, build IT roadmap for divisions’ portfolio, compliant to the architecture at our client company in order to advance the company business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate execution on enterprise initiatives with an applications background. Here are some key aspects to the position:
1. Facilitates activities across the organization through the process of defining enterprise architecture strategies that align with and advance the overall IT and business;
2. Use of TOGAF principles. Solicits input from IT and the business as a part of architecture development. Documents (blueprint, roadmap) current and future state components of the enterprise architecture.
3. Researches and identifies areas of innovation with the intent to advance business capabilities by the use of IT.
The salary for this position will be in the $100’s but very open depending on the candidate’s backgrounds.
