Situation

Due to growth they are adding 3 .Net Developer positions:

1. Sr Apps Development Lead –7+ yrs experience with solid .NET knowledge.  The position is being created to take some of the project workload off the current development manager.
2. .NET Developer – 2-3 years experience with .NET skills (C#, ASP.NET and SQL), VB6 and VB.NET.  This position will be tasked to maintain and help convert some of the VB6 to VB.NET code among the C# ASP.Net projects.  Great for someone who loves the steady work flow of development.
3. .NET Developer – 2-3 years experience with .NET skills (C#, ASP.NET and SQL with a strong background in SSRS report writing and preferably some MS BI stack experience.
