EDI with doing some Business Analysis.
EDI Specialist
Provides EDI expertise and support for EDI, including managing trading partner relationships and resolving day-to-day production issues. Coordinates EDI testing, trading partner implementation initiatives, sets up and maintains trading partner profiles and transaction mappings; understands and maintains knowledge of EDI standards and ensures that client conforms to electronic trading standards for the industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Manages and resolves issues regarding day to day production issues within the organization and with Trading Partners.
· Coordinates EDI testing and implementation.
· Writes maps for new transactions and maintains existing maps.
· Understands and maintain current knowledge of EDI standards.
· Builds and maintains positive relationships with all users.
· Works with departments to ensure that data is successfully processed and received.
· Understands ERP systems and the relationship to EDI.
· Maintains, updates and troubleshoots scheduled jobs.
· Optimize use of EXTOL/Cleo and JDE EDI tools.
· Maintains and troubleshoots translation software.
· Manage implementation of new EDI transaction sets.
· Maintain, update and troubleshoot scheduled jobs.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
· 3+ years of EDI experience
· EDI integration experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
· Manufacturing, supply chain and/or logistics experience preferred
· Experience with EXTOL/Cleo a plus
· Strong user interaction skills.
· Committed to self-improvement and continued skill development.

· Strong written & oral communication skills
